Daring to be Brave:  Gathering the Courage to Live and Love Wholeheartedly
3 hour pre-conference workshop

The workshop will be drawing from the work of The Daring Way™, the curriculum developed by Dr. Brené Brown created with the primary focus on developing shame resilience skills and a courage practice of wholehearted living that transforms the way we live, love, parent, and lead.  We will discuss ideas about the courage it takes to engage in the tough arenas of life.  We all experience challenges whether in our life and in our relationships.  This workshop will explore how to bravely enter the arena with courage, compassion and connection.
