I am co-facilitating the retreat with another Daring Way™ Facilitator, Jennifer Bainbridge. Jennifer and I have had a wonderful time planning this retreat for you and look forward to welcoming you to the island.
Dianne Morris Jones LPC, CDWF-C:
I specialize in helping clients embrace their authenticity and encourages clients to create lives that reflect their values and passions. I support holistic living in my approach by being intentional to view life through emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, intellectual and relational perspectives. In addition to being a Certified Laughter Yoga Instructor, I have extensive training in Spiritual Direction and the Enneagram.
Here is a little about Jennifer Bainbridge:
I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice for over eighteen years. I believe deeply in people’s ability to change, create new habits and set an intention to live their best life. I utilize a treatment modality called ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). ACT is an evidence-based therapeutic approach. ACT balances acceptance and mindfulness-based skills with commitment strategies aimed at helping us move towards what matters most while practicing acceptance of what is outside our control. I am also a Certified Daring Way facilitator. The Daring Way™ is an empirically based training and certification program for helping professionals, based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The work focuses on courage building, shame resilience, and uncovering the power of vulnerability. The methodology is designed for work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I believe deeply in cultivating people’s strengths to help build resilience and strength to live a meaningful, rich, values-based life. When not working or parenting I love to run, hike, travel, do yoga, cook and travel.
